About the Artist:
Born in Yokohama in 1980, Mihoko Seki began her training in 2000 under stencil dyeing artist Mari Horie. Her unique style has been recognised at the prestigious Kokuten Exhibition’s Crafts Division (2006, 2007), hosted by the Kokugakai Association. Her work continues to explore delicate beauty woven with subtle shadows.
