This policy applies to products purchased directly through the Hands On Workshop Shop.
We ship direct from Japan and make every effort to dispatch orders promptly and cost-effectively.
Please note the following:
Japan Post no longer offers international Economy shipping; we use FedEx or EMS (Express).
A phone number is required for all FedEx packages.
For customers in the EU and UK, any local taxes and duties are charged on collection and are not included in our shipping costs.
If your package is delayed, check your tracking link first. If it has arrived in your country, the fastest way to find out more is to contact your local post office with the Japan Post tracking number.
Occasionally packages are returned to our dispatch point in Kobe, Japan, if not collected. If this happens because you weren’t able to collect it, we can re-send at your expense. If the goods are unopened and resaleable, we’ll refund the cost of goods, but not shipping.
