A jewel-like needle rest, crafted in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture – Japan’s famous “town of glasses.” The KISSO Sabae Needle Minder is polished to a graceful shine, catching the light like a small gem while keeping your needle secure.

With a built-in neodymium magnet, it firmly holds your needle whenever you pause mid-stitch, preventing loss and helping you stay in rhythm. Light in weight and gentle on fabric, it clips easily to your embroidery hoop or cloth using the included backing magnet. You can even try it as a brooch. 

Made from cellulose acetate – a plant-based, skin-friendly material also used in fine eyewear  (glasses.  It's a resin derived from cotton and high-purity pulp.
